For the latest issue of RES, we had the pleasure to visit a number of ecological hotels around Europe. Five of these are presented (among them the fantastic Vigilius Mountain Resort mentioned here previously), and are a combo of great design, service and sustainability.

Also in this issue is a guide to the (more) affordable, budget-style restaurants of chefs such as Tomas Keller, Heston Blumenthal and Ferran Adriá. An intervju with travel guru Sara Henrichs of Wallpaper* was also conducted a few months ago, and in RES she reveals her personal favorites around the globe.
